According to an AP report, there is “a draft security pact governing military operations” in Iraq, which “calls for U.S. troops to leave Iraqi cities by the end of June and withdraw from Iraq entirely by Dec. 31, 2011, unless the Baghdad government asks them to stay. The draft must be ratified by the Iraqi parliament before the current U.N. mandate expires at the end of this year.”
This report comes at a politically convenient time for Senator Barack Obama who has long called for a timetable for withdrawal. An announced withdrawal date was inevitable, at some point, but some are seeing this as “vindication” of Obama’s Iraq plans regarding a timetable.

Sounds like just the kind of dysfunctional family radical cleric Omar Bakri Mohammed so despised when he lived in Britain.
But on Wednesday it emerged the preacher of hatred has more in common with some of the decadent westerners he was so fond of condemning than he would perhaps like to admit.
For just weeks after revelations about his wayward daughter Yasmin dancing topless in bars, he has admitted to having a new Lebanese wife named Ruba.
She is 26. He is 50. Dark-haired Ruba was introduced to him a year ago as a potential bride.
Obama Doesn't Understand That Americans Don't Want Socialism
An AP Report captured a very interesting exchange from the Presidential Debate, last night, that really exemplified how ironically out of touch Barack Obama is, ideologically, with the majority of Americans.
Obama was videotaped in Ohio over the weekend talking to a plumber, Joe Wurzelbacher, who challenged the Democratic nominee on his tax policies and expressed concern that he’d raise taxes. Obama told him he wants to “spread the wealth around.”
“Joe was trying to realize the American dream. … We’re going to take Joe’s money, give it to Senator Obama and let him spread the wealth around,” McCain said, mocking Obama’s statement. “I want Joe the Plumber to spread that wealth around.”
McCain added, “Nobody likes taxes. Let’s not raise anybody’s taxes.”
“Well, I don’t mind paying a little more,” Obama responded. The Democratic nominee repeated that his plan would cut taxes for 95 percent of Americans, and that people making less than $250,000 a year would not see a tax increase. He said Wurzelbacher could have used a tax break when he was growing his business.
I have news for you, Barack: I DO MIND PAYING A LITTLE MORE! …and I suspect that Joe Wurzelbacher and millions of other hard-working Americans mind, too. We’re tired of working hard because millions on welfare depend on us.
